Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $50 USD. We currently don't offer any type of international shipping. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Your package will ship within 3-5 business days and arrive within 1-2 weeks once it's been shipped out. 

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Once the order has shipped out, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number from USPS. 

THE ORDER STATUS SAYS "DELIVERED" BUT I CAN'T FIND MY ITEM 

We understand mail can get lost or delayed. Sometimes packages get marked "delivered" before they actually are. Please wait about three days after your package has been marked "delivered" before contacting us at madethecutbaseball@gmail.com. Within the email, send a screenshot confirming your order has been delivered and we will work with USPS on filling a claim on your behalf. If things don't get resolved within two weeks we will offer you a full refund or store credit for your entire order AND 20% your next order.  

MY ORDER IS WRONG OR DAMAGED

Please email us at: madethecutbaseball@gmail.com with a screenshot of the confirmation email containing your purchased products and (if possible) pictures of the product that has been damaged or is incorrect. Please also mention if an item is missing from your order. We will be happy to send you a new one or offer a refund on the damaged, wrong, or missing products.
